Online therapy

for adults
rebuilding their lives
from the inside.

Online therapy can help you understand what is actually going on beneath the surface.

If you’re looking for therapy online because you feel burnt out, stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or caught in patterns you don’t fully understand, do not choose someone from a cold search result before you know how they think and work.

At Gangatu, the best place to start is the email list:

What online therapy is

Online therapy is psychological work carried out remotely, usually through video call.

Instead of meeting in a physical consultation room, you speak with a psychologist from a private space where you can talk openly and work through what is happening in your life.

It can be useful when you need professional support but do not want, or cannot easily access, in-person sessions. The format matters, but it is not the whole point.

What matters is whether the work helps you understand your patterns, your emotional reactions, your decisions, and the parts of your life that no longer feel coherent.

What online therapy can help with

People usually look for therapy online when something in their life has become difficult to carry alone.

That might mean burnout, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, repeated relationship patterns, difficult decisions, or the feeling that you are functioning on the outside while becoming increasingly disconnected from yourself.

Online therapy can also be useful when you feel stuck but cannot fully explain why.You may be working, replying to messages, meeting obligations, and looking fine from the outside. But internally, something feels off.

This is where online psychological support can help: not by giving you generic advice, but by helping you understand what is happening, what keeps repeating, and what may need to change.

Hi there!

I'm Noemi

the psychologist behind Gangatu

I’m Noemi, pronounced noh-eh-MEE, a licensed psychologist with clinical, perinatal and psychoanalytic training.

I created GANGATU.COM as a psychology platform for people who feel misaligned with the life they have built, want to understand why, and are willing to make changes.

If you are looking for online psychological support, the person you choose matters as much as the format itself.

My approach to mental health and personal development is not for everyone. What works for one person might not work for another. If I had the magic key to make everyone instantly happy, I would already be living in a haunted castle in Scotland, surrounded by nature, using piles of banknotes to light the fire.

You can read more about my background and approach on the about page.

But the best way to understand whether my work makes sense for you is not to read a biography. It is to read how I think.

That is what the newsletter is for:

ABOUT

Online therapy is not just about finding someone available

When you search for therapy online, it is easy to focus on availability, price, platform, or whether someone has a space this week.

Those things matter, but they are not enough.

The deeper question is whether the person you choose can actually help you think about your life in a way that makes something clearer.Good psychological work is not just a scheduled conversation. It is not only emotional relief. And it is not the same as collecting advice from someone kind.

Whether you call it online therapy, online counselling, or online psychological support, the real question is this: does this approach help you understand what is happening, what keeps repeating, and what you may need to do differently?

Frequently asked questions,
less generic answers

Does online therapy actually work?

It can.

But the format alone does not do the work. What matters is whether the process helps you understand what is happening, why certain patterns keep repeating, and what may need to change in the way you relate to yourself, your decisions, and your life.

No.

This is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or need urgent support, contact your local emergency services or crisis line.

Online therapy can be useful for serious psychological work, but it is not the right format for every situation.

Online therapy sessions take place by video call through our telehealth platform.

Once you book, you will receive everything you need to access the session: the link, the time, and any relevant details.

You just need a private space where you can speak without being interrupted.

I’m Noemi, a licensed psychologist.

I trained in clinical and health psychology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and attachment and perinatal psychology.

My work focuses on adults who feel stuck, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, trapped in repeated patterns, or unable to understand why they keep making decisions that do not feel right for them.

In practice, that means I can help you look at what is happening in your life, understand the emotional logic behind it, and start making decisions with more clarity.

The best way to know whether my approach makes sense for you is to join the email list first. That is where you can read how I think, what I notice, and what kind of psychological work Gangatu is built around before deciding whether you want to work with me.

Because psychological work is private.

I do not use people’s pain, stories, or transformation as marketing material.

Most testimonials you see online are fake, polished, or carefully selected. And even when they are real, what happens in therapy is confidential.

What’s most important: what worked for someone else may not work for you.

So judge for yourself: join the email list, read how I think, see whether my approach connects with you, and then decide whether you want to book a session.

Therapy fees are:

Initial consultation: €250 (60 minutes).

The first session is a consultation. We look at what is happening, what you need, and whether ongoing therapy would actually make sense for your situation.

If ongoing therapy is appropriate, we will agree on it together, based on your needs, what you are dealing with, and what would actually support you most.

Ongoing sessions: €120 each (50 to 60 minutes).

Payment is always made in advance. You pay when you book the appointment through the booking system.

You cannot book directly from this page.

Access to this service is for email subscribers only. Each email includes the option to book a session or access the available products and services when they are open.

From there, you will have all the information you need.
